Bean Gorditas recipe in English
1- 300 grams of corn dough
2- 50 grams of grated aged cheese
3- 3 Pieces of canned chipotle chili pepper
4- 1 Cup of refried black beans
1 Cup of Cream
1 Piece of Small Lettuce 1 tablespoon of oil
1 cup of sauce of your choice
Knead the first four ingredients until well incorporated.
With that dough, make the gorditas of a medium size, no bigger than a tortilla and put them in the hot oil.
Once golden brown, take them out and let the excess oil drain off.
To serve them add finely chopped lettuce, bathe them with the cream and spicy sauce, to taste.
