Donuts Stuffed with Manjar
Ingredients: 5 eggs
1 cup of oil
6 tablespoons white sugar or refined sugar
250 ml of warm milk
a pinch of salt
Vanilla to taste
2 tablespoons dry organic yeast
Wheat flour when it is enough approximately 800 grams to 1 kilo.
Preparation mode:

At your work table or wherever you go to prepare your donuts.
Put the flour, pour the mixture that you liquefied and knead.
If you need to, add more flour until the dough comes loose from your hand.
Make the balls and let them grow.
Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Let stand for approximately 40 to 50 minutes.
Filling (cream):
1 liter of milk
2 egg yolks passed through the strainer
1 tablespoon margarine with salt
1 can of condensed milk
6 tablespoons cornstarch Vanilla to taste
1 box heavy cream (add later)
Bring all the ingredients to a simmer until they form a cream, stirring constantly so that it does not stick.
After the cream is ready add a box of heavy cream.
Fill the donuts and pass the refined sugar.
