Healthy penguins

Ingredients:

3 tbsp oatmeal

3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tsp baking powder

3 tbsp egg whites

2 tbsp almond milk

Stevia or Splenda sweetener to taste (I added 1 1/2 sachet).

Mix the ingredients very well and place in a microwaveable mug.

Bake for 1 minute and a half, carefully remove from the cup.

To prepare them in the oven it is at 200 ‘C for 20 to 30 min.

Coverage: 10g of unsweetened chocolate melted with a few drops of almond milk in the microwave.

Natural unsweetened Greek yogurt mixed with a little honey to decorate.
