Fruit cake covered in 3 milks



For the cake

5 eggs

125 grams of white refined sugar

125 grams of whole wheat flour.

A tablespoon of vanilla.

To bathe the three milk bread

1 can of condensed milk

1 can of evaporated milk

1 can of half cream

To decorate:

300 grams of whipped cream with sugar.

100 grams of strawberries.

2 kiwis

2 slices of pineapple in syrup.

50 grams of red grapes.

50 grams of chopped walnut.


We grease a round mold 22 centimeters in diameter.

We put baking paper on the bottom and grease with melted butter.

For the bread: Beat the eggs and add the sugar little by little, until obtaining a fluffy and light yellow mixture, the initial volume must be increased twice.

Manually, that is, without the help of the mixer, add the sifted whole wheat flour in the form of rain along with the vanilla and mix in an enveloping way.

Pour the mixture into the prepared mold and bake at 180ºC for about 25 minutes.

Remove from the oven, unmold and let cool.

For the three milk bath: evaporated milk, condensed milk and half cream are blended

Cut the bread into 3 layers with the help of a serrated knife.

We place the first layer of bread on a large plate. And bathes with a little of the three milk mixture

Generously cover with whipped cream and place half of the fruit, place the next layer of cake and repeat the operation.

We place the last layer of cake, this last layer of bread is not bathed in the three milks, we only cover it with whipped cream.

We place the chopped walnut on the walls and decorate the surface with the other fruit.
